Amounts are stated approval dollars taken from public meeting records — budgets, bond ceilings, grants, and contract awards overlap by nature and are never presented as clean spend totals. Missing amounts are shown as not reported, never $0. Agenda-only items are marked as such. Every record links to its real public source.
