The purpose of this contract is to implement the Colorado Works Subsidized Training and Employment Program (CW STEP) created through SB 17-292. The purpose is to place CW STEP clients in an employment opportunity with a contractor. This is a statewide program that aims to assist Colorado Works (CW) recipients in attaining living-wage, permanent jobs through employment opportunities and aims to address the TANF purpose of reducing the dependency of CW parents.
