Implement the design, construction, measurement, maintenance and sharing of water conservation measures at four sites within Arapahoe County including: Arapahoe County Administration (East side); Centrepoint Plaza; Arapahoe County Justice Center campus; and Lima Campus. Each site will have some combination of turf replacement with conversion to native turf, reducing or eliminating irrigation, conversion of irrigation for optimal efficiency, or audits/additions of native plants, shrubs and trees.
